Key Objectives:
- Develop and execute the 2026 technical roadmap.

Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and execution of the company's 2026 technology roadmap, aligning technical milestones with business objectives.
- Design high-level system architecture for scalable, cloud-native solutions.
- Oversee the adoption of emerging technologies (AI, Edge Computing, Quantum Readiness) for competitive advantage.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on technology investments and risk management.
- Establish coding standards and architectural governance to ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct technical due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic role.
- Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps (5+ year horizon).
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of modern software development practices, including Agile and DevOps.
- Experience with AI/ML integration strategies and data architecture.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
