Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 technology foresight frameworks through trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype 2026-viable products and services
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Design and execute market entry strategies for future-facing technologies
- Create executive-level strategic briefings on emerging disruption vectors
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to MVP validation

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futurist research
- Proven track record launching technologies with 5+ year horizons
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or ambient computing
