Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging tech disruptors and market inflection points
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with actionable recommendations for board-level stakeholders
- Partner with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University on horizon-scanning initiatives
- Design simulation models to stress-test future scenarios against geopolitical and climate variables
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation strategists using our proprietary 'FutureStack' methodology
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite technology leadership
- Proven track record of publishing future-state frameworks adopted by Fortune 100 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology adoption curves, and exponential trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent field certification
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and decentralized systems
- Fluency in futures research methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Cross-Impact Matrices)
- Portfolio of published whitepapers on 2020-2030 technological convergence
