Responsibilities

- Lead research initiatives in human-AI symbiosis and decentralized autonomous organizations
- Architect ethical frameworks for next-gen AI systems and neural interfaces
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology innovation with business transformation
- Present future tech forecasts to global stakeholders at industry summits
- Mentor cross-functional teams in exponential thinking and disruptive innovation
- Secure patents and publish white papers on emerging tech paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-focused roles
- Published research in AI ethics or quantum computing (IEEE/ACM preferred)
- Proven track record of scaling exponential technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Experience leading global R&D teams with $50M+ budgets
- Deep understanding of blockchain, neuromorphic computing, and synthetic biology
