Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap for the 2026 timeframe, identifying key trends in AI, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.
- Lead R&D initiatives to prototype and validate future-proof technologies before full-scale deployment.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives and product managers to align technology strategy with business goals.
- Oversee the integration of emerging tech stacks into existing legacy systems.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with long-term technology investments.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of technical strategists and engineers.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership.
- Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies for large-scale enterprises.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Quantum Computing, and Edge Computing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast market trends and technology lifecycles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience in Agile or DevOps methodologies.
