Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech paradigms
- Anticipate global tech disruptions through market intelligence and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with $2M+ R&D budget
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech innovators
- Present visionary frameworks to C-suite and board of directors
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for emerging technologies
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with proven 2020+ roadmap execution
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Track record of launching category-defining products/services
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience with venture capital or corporate innovation labs
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Fluency in Mandarin or Spanish (for global collaboration)
