Responsibilities
- Design multi-year technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, AR/VR, and biometric interfaces
- Lead R&D initiatives in neuromorphic computing and autonomous systems
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with 2030 market forecasts
- Build and lead specialized labs for prototyping next-gen human-computer interaction models
- Develop ethical frameworks for AI governance and digital sovereignty solutions
- Secure $10M+ in research grants from NSF and DARPA partnerships
- Mentor talent in emerging tech through our Nexus Academy program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record shipping breakthrough tech (patents/publications required)
- Expertise in at least three of: quantum machine learning, neuromorphic hardware, synthetic biology
- Experience securing federal research grants ($5M+ preferred)
- Deep knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST AI RMF, and emerging tech governance frameworks
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ industry-disrupting projects post-2020
