- Present quarterly innovation portfolios to the board with ROI projections and risk assessments

Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with proven experience in emerging technologies (AI/quantum/blockchain)
- Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent with focus on future systems architecture
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ large-scale tech innovations deployed in regulated industries
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE) or Technology Foresight methodologies
