Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and consumer needs
- Lead research initiatives in emerging fields (quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR)
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and venture partners
- Manage innovation incubator programs for startup partnerships
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies
- Author thought leadership publications and conference presentations
- Coordinate with product teams to integrate futuristic concepts into development pipelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into actionable strategies
- Exceptional analytical and systems thinking capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level experience
- Published work in technology foresight or innovation journals
- Experience managing cross-functional innovation teams
