Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology roadmap for quantum AI integration and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in neuromorphic computing and biometric security
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, nanotech, AGI) for strategic market opportunities
- Partner with policy councils to shape ethical frameworks for 2026 tech adoption
- Architect scalable solutions for climate-positive tech infrastructure
- Mentor next-gen engineers in future-proof development methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Futurism (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in technology strategy with demonstrated impact on 2020+ innovations
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing architectures and neural network optimization
- Proven track record of scaling tech startups to unicorn valuations
- Certification in Future Foresight methodologies (ACF or CFIP preferred)
