Responsibilities
- Architect and roadmap technology solutions targeting 2026+ market needs
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping AI/quantum/IoT convergence systems
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis for emerging tech trends
- Develop patentable innovations in human-machine interfaces and decentralized networks
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Partner with academic institutions to accelerate R&D initiatives
- Mentor junior innovators in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with demonstrated impact on future-facing products
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, or blockchain
- Proven ability to translate complex concepts into executable business strategies
- Track record of launching at least two industry-disrupting innovations
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
