Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and spatial computing adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4.0, neuro-interfaces, climate tech) for commercial viability
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with 2026 market projections
- Build external partnerships with research labs and startup incubators
- Present futuristic frameworks to investors and industry stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in futurist roles
- Expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum AI, biotech integration, or decentralized systems
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry whitepapers
- Proven track record of launching tech initiatives with $10M+ budgets
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
