- Design scalable prototypes and validate feasibility through rapid experimentation cycles
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technical vision with business objectives
- Pioneer ethical frameworks for emerging technologies ensuring responsible deployment
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile innovation methodologies and future-proofing strategies
- Represent FutureHorizon at global tech summits and publish whitepapers on disruptive trends
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of R&D experience
- Proven track record of commercializing cutting-edge technologies (AI/quantum/bio)
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation platforms
- Experience securing $5M+ R&D budgets and managing innovation pipelines
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies
