Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026-2030 across AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives identifying emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Design innovation frameworks for enterprise clients adapting to post-2025 digital ecosystems
- Facilitate strategic workshops with Fortune 500 executives on future-proofing business models
- Produce thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at global tech summits
- Manage a portfolio of experimental R&D projects targeting 2026 market readiness
- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning and technology impact assessment methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of mapping multi-year tech roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum computing, or neurotech integration
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience with Delphi methods, technology forecasting models, and scenario planning
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for translating technical concepts to executive audiences
