- Advise leadership on technological disruption risks and opportunities
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and startups in emerging tech
- Create executive reports on future market landscapes and competitive positioning
- Drive innovation culture through thought leadership and internal workshops
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem
