Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership roles
- Published research in quantum computing or generative AI
- Experience with emerging tech policy frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act)
- Proficiency in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Scenario Planning)
- Track record of scaling experimental technologies to commercial deployment
- Deep understanding of climate tech and ESG compliance requirements
