Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year impact potential
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and cognitive augmentation
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and industry consortiums
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to market-ready blueprints
- Partner with academic institutions for collaborative research initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with focus on emerging tech adoption
- Proven track record in quantum computing or AI governance frameworks
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Futurology, or Systems Engineering
- Published research in IEEE Nature or peer-reviewed innovation journals
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP)
- Deep knowledge of ethical AI development and sustainable tech principles
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
