Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology adoption roadmap for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic technology forecasts to executive board and investors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Author thought leadership reports on 2026 industry disruption scenarios
- Mentor a team of 5-7 innovation specialists
- Manage $2M+ annual innovation budget
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with proven 5+ year roadmap execution
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, Quantum, AR/VR, Synthetic Biology)
- Published thought leadership in technology forecasting or futurism
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with C-suite stakeholder management and investor relations
- Track record of launching breakthrough products/services
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management preferred
- Fluency in at least one additional language (Mandarin/Spanish/Japanese)
