Responsibilities
- Forecast emerging technology trends and market disruptions impacting 2026-2030 landscapes
- Develop and maintain a 5-year strategic technology roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead innovation workshops to ideate next-generation products and services
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent research in emerging fields
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and investors
- Partner with engineering teams to prototype future-forward solutions
- Represent the company at global tech conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in tech strategy, R&D, or product innovation
- Proven track record of anticipating market shifts and developing future roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging technologies (AI/ML, Quantum Computing, Biotech)
- Strong data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Published thought leadership in technology publications
