Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify breakthrough technologies and market trends for 2026+
- Develop and maintain strategic technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Design and validate prototypes for next-gen AI, quantum computing, and immersive systems
- Present futuristic visions to C-suite executives and investor stakeholders
- Build and mentor an innovation lab team of 5-7 technical specialists
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Measure and report on technology adoption impact and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, AR/VR, or biotech convergence
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Strategic Innovation preferred
- Strong data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with agile development in emerging tech domains
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical storytelling
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
