- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and biotech integration
- Partner with VCs to identify emerging tech investment opportunities
- Produce futuristic prototypes using quantum simulation and generative AI
- Advocate for inclusive innovation in global tech policy forums
- Mentor next-gen engineers in speculative technology development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in emerging tech with proven 5-year strategic impact
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or neuromorphic engineering
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on future tech ethics
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurist Studies (or equivalent experience)
- Portfolio demonstrating at least two deployed futuristic systems
- Experience with UN-level tech policy advisory roles
- Proficiency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish preferred
