- Lead strategic partnerships with NASA, DARPA, and academic research institutions
- Architect next-gen human-computer interfaces for neural integration systems
- Manage $5M+ R&D budgets for experimental technology incubation
- Mentor teams in emerging fields like synthetic biology and quantum cryptography
- Present quarterly innovation briefings to the Board of Directors
- Patent breakthrough technologies in quantum machine learning
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in technology R&D with 5+ years in strategic foresight roles
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on emerging tech
- Expertise in quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) and AI ethics
- Proven track record of scaling technologies from lab to market
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, and German for global partnerships
- Deep understanding of Web3.0 infrastructure and decentralized systems
- Certified Futurist (CF) designation preferred
