Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neural interfaces, and decentralized AI
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging tech solutions
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI/automation systems with societal impact assessments
- Forge industry partnerships with quantum research labs and semiconductor pioneers
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite on emerging tech risks and opportunities
- Drive R&D initiatives in sustainable computing and climate-positive technology
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with specialization in emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or generative AI systems
- Published research in IEEE/ACM on future tech implications (2018-2023)
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Proven track record scaling tech innovations from concept to market
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Strong background in climate tech or sustainable systems design
- Certification in quantum computing or neural network architecture
