Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 technology innovation strategy across quantum, biotech, and AI domains
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with global impact potential
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market viability
- Establish KPIs for technological adoption and ROI tracking for future-focused initiatives
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and board members with data-backed recommendations
- Partner with venture capital arms to scout and acquire emerging startups
- Author thought leadership on the societal implications of 2026's technological landscape
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven 2025+ tech planning experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neurotech, Web4.0, or synthetic biology
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies with industry recognition
- Experience leading teams through paradigm shifts (e.g., cloud migration, AI adoption)
- Proficiency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
