Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with 2026 market projections and global innovation trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying, evaluating, and integrating breakthrough technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning to anticipate technological disruptions and market shifts
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with long-term business objectives and growth targets
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry leaders to co-create future-ready solutions
- Present compelling technology roadmaps and innovation frameworks to stakeholders and investors
- Mentor emerging talent and foster a culture of continuous innovation within the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record in successfully implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least three disruptive technology domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience presenting to executive boards and investors
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation strategy (white papers, patents, etc.)
- Global perspective on technological trends and regulatory landscapes affecting 2026 projections
