Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies

- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., STEEP analysis)
