Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year technology roadmaps targeting 2026 breakthrough milestones

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Engineering with 10+ years of R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI)
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum algorithms, neuro-symbolic AI, synthetic biology, or carbon-neutral tech
- Experience with technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or industry white papers
- Exceptional stakeholder management across technical and executive domains
- Portfolio of launched products/services with $10M+ revenue impact
