Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast 2026 technology landscape across quantum computing, neurotech, and climate adaptation systems
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating AI ethics, decentralized infrastructure, and human-machine augmentation
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and policy teams
- Author white papers and thought leadership for industry conferences and regulatory bodies
- Identify emerging threats and opportunities in post-quantum security and synthetic biology
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders program
- Present quarterly strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurist Studies (10+ years experience)
- Proven track record of predicting technology adoption curves (3+ validated forecasts)
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum machine learning, neuro-interfaces, or climate-tech
- Experience advising Fortune 500 on digital transformation (2020-2025)
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Proficiency in predictive modeling tools (Monte Carlo simulations, Bayesian forecasting)
- Deep understanding of global tech policy landscapes (US, EU, APAC regulations)
