Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and prioritize breakthrough technologies for 2026 implementation
- Architect scalable solutions integrating quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and decentralized systems
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation roadmaps with business objectives
- Drive cross-functional R&D initiatives in emerging tech ecosystems (Web3, biotech, climate tech)
- Publish thought leadership on technology trends and future-proofing methodologies
- Mentor next-gen innovators through our Horizon Academy program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech leadership roles
- Proven track record of deploying at least two cutting-edge technologies at scale
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or sustainable tech domains
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies preferred
- Published author or speaker at major tech conferences (TED, CES, Web Summit)
- Proficiency in scenario planning and technology impact assessment frameworks
- Experience with agile methodologies and cross-cultural innovation teams
