Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy, aligning with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping emerging technologies (quantum AI, biocomputing, neuromorphic systems)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify breakthrough opportunities and competitive threats
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and global tech consortia
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote industry conferences
- Mentor junior talent in emerging technology domains
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in strategic technology roles with demonstrated impact on future-focused initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, advanced robotics, or biotechnology
- Proven track record of launching innovative products or services
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills
- Published research or patents in emerging technology domains
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
