Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging tech trends (quantum, AI, biotech, Web3)
- Architect strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present visionary technology briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Oversee prototype development for next-gen solutions (AR/VR, neuromorphic computing)
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous systems
- Mentor technical teams in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurist or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, AI ethics, neuromorphic systems
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding or venture capital
- Exceptional storytelling abilities for complex technical concepts
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global collaboration
