Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying paradigm-shifting innovations with 3-5 year impact horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align strategic initiatives on quantum AI and biocomputing
- Produce quarterly 'State of 2026' briefings for investors and board members, analyzing convergence trends
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich) for emerging tech incubation
- Design governance frameworks for ethical deployment of neuro-technological interfaces
- Author thought leadership pieces in Nature Futures and MIT Technology Review
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Quantum Computing, Computational Neuroscience, or Future Studies
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy with Fortune 100 or unicorn-scale startups
- Published research in exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Deep understanding of ethical frameworks for human-machine symbiosis
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Deloitte Tech Trends)
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three successfully commercialized futuristic technologies
- Clearance for Tier-1 government innovation projects (preferred)
