Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for technologies poised to disrupt industries by 2026 (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Develop and present strategic foresight frameworks to executive leadership and board members
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating emerging technologies with business objectives
- Cultivate strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and global innovation hubs
- Produce thought leadership content positioning Innovate Tomorrow as the future technology authority
- Advise cross-functional teams on technology adoption and competitive positioning
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic factors influencing tech adoption timelines
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD/MSc preferred)
- 10+ years experience in technology forecasting, corporate strategy, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of identifying and commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (AI ethics, quantum applications, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills with Fortune 500 experience
- Published thought leadership in top-tier innovation or technology publications
- Global network of technology innovators and academic researchers
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight (e.g., CFS, CFTE)
