As a key member of our C-suite strategy team, you'll collaborate with quantum computing researchers, AI ethicists, and biotech innovators to build resilient future-proof systems. Your insights will directly influence $500M+ in R&D investments across autonomous systems, neural interfaces, and climate-tech solutions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology) and publish bi-weekly trend briefs
- Develop scenario-based roadmaps for 2026 technology adoption across 15 industry verticals
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' workshops with 50+ stakeholders quarterly
- Author white papers on exponential technology impacts for investor relations
- Advise the board on future-proofing infrastructure against tech disruption
- Build and maintain a global network of 200+ futurists and academic researchers
- Represent company at Davos, CES, and MIT Future Conferences
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurism/foresight roles
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in Nature, MIT Tech Review, or equivalent
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Proven track record of C-level tech strategy implementation
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies (STEEP, Delphi)
- Experience with global tech policy frameworks (UN SDGs, WEF Global Risks)
- Portfolio of future-tech commercialization success stories
