Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI governance, blockchain)
- Proven track record developing long-term tech roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Exceptional strategic communication and executive presentation skills
