Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligning with emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype breakthrough solutions for future market needs
- Analyze global tech ecosystems to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive threats
- Present strategic foresight reports to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Manage a team of technology futurists and research specialists
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term technological adoption and impact
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- 12+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in foresight/innovation roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, AGI, nanotechnology, and neurotech
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex future scenarios
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry conferences
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams across R&D, product, and operations
- Strong financial acumen for technology investment analysis
