Qualifications
- PhD in Futurism, Systems Theory, or equivalent with 10+ years in tech strategy
- Published author in Nature Futures or similar peer-reviewed futurism journals
- Track record of commercializing emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Deep expertise in exponential technology forecasting methodologies
- Experience advising governments on 10-year technology policy frameworks
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, and Spanish for global stakeholder engagement
