Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end technical lifecycle for core product development, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
- Architect scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and microservices to support future growth.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and strategic goals.
- Conduct code reviews, system design reviews, and performance optimization.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and 3+ years in a leadership/technical lead role.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform).
- Proficiency in modern programming languages (Python, Go, or TypeScript).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex enterprise solutions.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, scalability, and reliability engineering.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
