As a 2026 Tech Visionary Strategist, you'll lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough solutions while maintaining agile execution. You'll report directly to our Chief Innovation Officer and influence our 5-year roadmap through data-driven foresight and stakeholder collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmap integrating emerging trends (quantum AI, neurotech, climate tech)
- Lead cross-disciplinary innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board of directors
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term technological impact
- Partner with academia and government labs for cutting-edge research
- Drive ethical tech governance protocols for autonomous systems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record launching future-focused products (quantum, AI, or AR/VR)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or similar journals
- Experience with international tech policy frameworks
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Q#, Qiskit)
- Certification in Emerging Technology Strategy (MIT Professional Education)
