Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic development of our technology roadmap for the 2026 fiscal year and beyond.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Edge Computing) with high potential for business impact.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to prototype and validate futuristic solutions.
- Advocate for a culture of continuous innovation and agility within the engineering department.
- Manage cross-functional projects aimed at achieving 'Future-Ready' status by 2026.
- Monitor global tech trends to provide actionable insights to the executive board.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in technology strategy, CTO roles, or senior engineering management.
- Proven expertise in AI, machine learning, and next-gen computing architectures.
- Strong background in digital transformation and change management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in leading teams through high-growth phases and pivoting strategies.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration is a plus.
