Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech innovations
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype next-gen solutions for climate resilience and human augmentation
- Establish strategic partnerships with global research institutions and government agencies
- Author thought leadership papers on the ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Secure $50M+ in innovation funding through grant writing and venture capital engagement
- Mentor junior futurists in technology forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 10+ years in R&D leadership
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning frameworks
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, or IEEE)
- Experience securing government grants and venture capital for tech innovation
- Deep understanding of ethical AI and responsible innovation principles
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Julia preferred)
