Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology integration strategy spanning AI ethics, quantum-secure infrastructure, and neurotech applications
- Lead cross-functional task forces comprising engineers, ethicists, and industry disruptors to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and national research labs for cutting-edge co-development
- Anticipate regulatory landscapes and design compliance frameworks for emerging tech deployment
- Mentor a specialized team of futurists and technical strategists through quarterly innovation sprints
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with demonstrable impact on 3+ paradigm shifts (e.g., cloud migration, AI adoption)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field with focus on exponential technologies
- Published thought leadership on tech ethics or future-of-work implications (IEEE, Nature, or equivalent)
- Experience managing $5M+ innovation budgets with measurable ROI
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing architectures, synthetic biology, or decentralized AI systems
