Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives for 2026-ready technologies including AI ethics frameworks and quantum computing applications
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Manage $5M+ annual R&D budget with ROI-focused project prioritization
- Partner with venture capital firms to identify and integrate emerging startups
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and mentor a 12-person innovation lab team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching products with $10M+ ARR
- Expertise in emerging tech: generative AI, quantum computing, neuromorphic systems
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering from Tier 1 institution
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent journals
- Experience securing government grants for future-tech R&D
- Fluency in Mandarin or German for global partnerships
