- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype and validate cutting-edge solutions in agile sprints.
- Identify and integrate emerging hardware/software innovations (neural interfaces, spatial computing, biometric authentication) into product development.
- Present technology forecasts and implementation plans to C-suite executives and venture partners.
- Manage innovation budgets and resource allocation for experimental projects.
- Monitor global tech trends through competitive analysis and patent research.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years in technology innovation, product development, or R&D leadership roles.
- Proven track record launching disruptive technologies with measurable market impact.
- Expertise in emerging tech trends (quantum computing, Web3, neuromorphic chips) and ethical implementation frameworks.
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with ability to translate complex concepts into executable roadmaps.
- Strong stakeholder management experience with executive and investor communication.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and innovation management tools.
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CIMP) highly desirable.
