Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing or Machine Learning (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in R&D leadership at FAANG or equivalent tech giants
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on AI ethics
- Proven track record scaling ML models to 10B+ parameter systems
- Expertise in quantum error correction algorithms
