Responsibilities
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ tech adoption across industries
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with quantum, AR/VR, and biotech teams
- Author white papers on societal impacts of AGI, neurointerfaces, and climate tech
- Design ethical governance protocols for autonomous systems and digital twins
- Curate annual 'FutureForward' summit featuring Nobel laureates and startup unicorns
- Advocate for inclusive tech policies with US congressional tech committees
- Mentor emerging talent through our 'NextGen Innovators' program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or Futurology with 5+ years applied research
- Proven track record publishing in Nature, Science, or IEEE journals on exponential tech
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, scenario planning)
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neuromorphic systems
- Experience advising Fortune 500 C-suite on digital transformation strategies
- Portfolio demonstrating scalable tech ethics frameworks implementation
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and predictive modeling tools
