Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and technology trend analysis for 2026+ innovations
- Develop strategic frameworks for emerging tech adoption across enterprise divisions
- Chair cross-functional innovation labs with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present future technology roadmaps to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused implementation
- Establish strategic partnerships with quantum/AI research institutions
- Author thought leadership positioning QuantumLeap as industry futurist
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of implementing futuristic technologies (AI/quantum/IoT)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI ethics
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Physics, or Business Innovation
- Published research or patents in next-gen technology domains
- Fluency in scenario planning methodologies and futures thinking frameworks
