Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 technology vision roadmap for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify emerging market opportunities
- Produce quarterly trend briefings for C-suite executives and board members
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Represent the company at global tech summits and future-focused conferences
- Mentor junior futurists in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on future technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or neuro-interfaces
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial products
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/SF)
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks and horizon scanning
