Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-forward technology roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neural interfaces, and decentralized systems
- Lead innovation sprints to prototype solutions for emerging societal challenges in healthcare, climate, and connectivity
- Collaborate with MIT Future Labs and NASA JPL on bleeding-edge R&D initiatives
- Develop patentable frameworks for ethical AI deployment in high-stakes environments
- Mentor a multidisciplinary team of futurists, quantum engineers, and human experience designers
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with demonstrable impact on future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, and human-computer interaction principles
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals on emerging technologies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in agile development of speculative prototypes
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field (or equivalent innovation portfolio)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Portfolio showcasing at least 3 deployed systems anticipating future needs
