- Lead strategic technology roadmaps for 2026+ product ecosystems
- Identify and integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) into core offerings
- Partner with C-suite to align tech innovation with business objectives
- Manage cross-functional R&D teams across 3+ innovation labs
- Deliver annual tech disruption forecasts to executive stakeholders
- Secure patents and IP for breakthrough innovations
- Represent company at global tech summits and policy forums
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech strategy with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Proven track record in scaling AI/quantum initiatives
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging tech
- Experience with $50M+ R&D budget allocation
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
